Exhibition: Interference

The exhibition “Interference” examines the phenomenon of overlap — of images, inner states, cultural memory, and perception. Bringing together three artists working across different media and visual languages, the project is united by a shared focus on transformation and the experience of presence.

Olga Tobreluts engages with cultural archetypes and the visual legacy of art history through the lens of digital technologies. Her lenticular works shift depending on the viewer’s position, emphasising the instability of representation and the active role of perception.

Irina Anina’s practice introduces a different temporal register. Her paintings slow down the act of looking, inviting contemplation and framing nature as a space of memory and duration rather than depiction.

Amanda Lutiere works from an inward, embodied perspective, translating emotional and sensory experience into painterly structures. Through layered colour fields and an intimate sense of proximity, her works create spaces without horizon or distance.

Together, the artists’ practices form a unified statement in which inner and outer realities resonate. Their works intersect and overlap, producing an effect of interference — a convergence of meanings, sensations, and visual rhythms.
